As of October 2025, EU orders are shipped from Germany and US orders are shipped from the US. All other orders are shipped from China.

Warning

Multiple users reported the following problems:

Loose screw(s) inside the case; shake your PC before first use, remove the screw if you hear any rattling
Rear fan may produce clicking noises; replacement is difficult due to custom design
